Yes there is. It is called a funeral.
This is why we have all these seat belt and helmet laws. Any law requiring someone to take a prudent safety measure just perpetuates stupidity.

As long as they have control of the schools, they have control over the next generation. They will live forever in any brain they damage.
Stupidity is the most powerful force in the universe. Not even death can stop it. Not even GOD can stop it.
