Tennessee is a good choice, low cost of living, NO state Income TAX, and House, Senate and Governorship is now GOP controled. Just stay out of Memphis.
But, but, if you went to the right part of Memphis, you could become a consititutent of Representative Cohen...sounds like an attractive magnet for California progressives, doesn’t it?/s
