ok - after some thought I think I’ve figured out his “crime”.

This guy was an “extremist”.
He was a true believer and enjoyed his job too much.

If you are going to kill babies for a living - do it “moderately” - with style and a good bedside manner.
Don’t freak out the staff.

Perform the “procedure” quietly, and pat the woman on the back when you’re done.
Shedding a tear or two definitely helps.

You nailed it. That and the staffers were not part of a healthcare workers union. The answer from the system on this will be for doctors and clinic workers to be part of a union, and thus with standards.

The guy underpaid his staff. They didn't like it. They used cell phones to take pictures. The place was filthy and full of dead baby parts. If the sanitation workers union was required to be on staff, the working conditions and safety of the workers would have been tip-top.

Mark my words. What Obama says and votes on as a woman's right is not the issue at hand here.
