I saw the video. The woman is unidentifiable. And... keeping her composure, she immediately got up and walked away.

I don't see how she could blame the mall for releasing her video, since she was unidentifiable, and I don't see how she could blame security for not helping her, since she got up and was away from there before they could have reached her.

She's fairly stupid for revealing her identity... she was on ABC's Good Morning America this morning. An ambulance chasing attorney must have gotten to her, or she sought one out.
