The thing that troubles me most, with this entire issue, is that Chief Justice Roberts swore him in. Did he get satisfactory proof of 0bama’s Constitutional eligibility? Has he ever said he did? If not, why did he think it wasn’t necessary?
I put nothing past 0bama, but would like to believe that Roberts knows his duty.

That's another point that many forget...O flubbed the swearing in so badly that the next day he had to redo it (behind closed doors, so he didn't look like a moron). But the night of the totally flubbed swear in, he signed that executive order (rather quickly too!) to seal all his records from the public.
Was he officially the pResident at that time, since his oath of office was not done right? That EO he signed may not even be legal at this point, since he was “officially re-sworn” in the next day.

Remember that “secret” oath ceremony after the botched live tv one?
Roberts would not really comment on it, and there was NO video taken, just a single off kilter photo—
(tin foil hat on) I don’t know about you, but I believe John Roberts loves his wife and kids very much.
I’m just sayin’...

According to Scalia one of the other supposed four 'conservative' justices is consistently voting against hearing any of the eligibility suits, inclusive of the one challenging the 'natural born status' legal disqualification by his non-citizen foreign father. I would not be at all surprised if it wasn't Roberts. He is not at all a super-solid constitutional conservative.
He is a political reed. Blowing in the wind.
