You are totally correct. I just looked, religion is NOT on my Long Form. There is exactly zero refrence to religion on my 1969 long form.

I mis-characterized the questions Jim Geraghty was trying to get to in his article that seems to be the start of the focus on birth certificates.

The 3 rumors Geraghty mentions are

a) Born in Kenya
b) Middle name is Mohammad
c) Name on document is Barry
