Won’t the women who had the procedure done get prosecuted for initiating the death of their children? I mean, if you hire someone to kill another, are you not involved in their death as much as the person that actually pulled the trigger?
Who knows what will happen - it apparently depends on the judge. I can’t remember the name of the couple who threw their newborn into a motel dumpster a number of years back (the girls name was Amy) but do remember the judge gave the guy a lesser sentence because he wanted his partner to abort the baby. The judge said he demonstrated good judgment.
