Well I think she is guilty, and needs a spanking.
Why is she a glory hound? These slimy companies have a standard MO. People buy one of their products then they start autobilling and sending them stuff they do not want. Other state AG’s would and should prosecute this stuff. Sounds like they got off pretty easy.
She has only been in office for probably 2 weeks and this is probably Bill McCollum’s case anyway.
