I don’t disagree. It’s just obvious in a couple of ways she’s lying. The October 31, 2008 statement only said a birth certificate was on record. The second statement about Obama being born in Hawaii (but without specifying Kapiolani Hospital as Lingle claimed) did not come out until July 2009 ... several months AFTER the campaign was over.
