I have seen a Middle Eastern man at the Newark airport open his jacket and use a video camera to scan the airport and then hide it back under his jacket.
I notified a policeman who was nearby and was given such a look of contempt and derision plus a short lecture. Apparently, it is a normal thing for Middle Easterners to secretly videotape secure parts of the Newark airport and shame on me.

I sat next to an African man in full African garb - like Obama when he visited the relatives. He pulled out a copy of a book written in Arabic, likely the Koran, and started whispering passages or prayers to himself with his eyes closed in the Atlanta airport. Didn’t make me feel comfortable.
Maybe the officer was in on it?
