Have you got a link for Issa’s list? I would very much like to read more about it.

Issa has stated that his committee isn't the one that would/should investigate Barry's eligibility. Read: he wont do it.
Think about it. The reason he, nor Boehner (etc) will not investigate the issue is because THEY were part of the 111th Congress that certified the fraud. Think they're going to open up an investigation that would show that THEY didn't do their job and that THEY are at least a part of the problem in the first place? Not going to happen. No way, no how. At the end of the day, they too are politicians who will cover their butt's all the way.
Unfortunately, the only chance the issue will get Congressional play prior to the 2012 election, is if the Freshman (who were not complicit in this massive fraud) get involved and lead the investigations.
As for that top 10 list....
They were suggestions (that are "...ripe for investigation for Issa and other congressional Republicans") by a writer at Human Events:
They (Issa, etc) could always claim they believed there was no issue (even though they were getting letters from their constituents to the contrary).
