I believe that it is not required that an individual be born in Hawaii to obtain a certification of live birth. If that's true, the original certificate could be from anywhere, including Kenya. Actually Dr. Fukino did say that the records show that Obama was born in Hawaii and she then proclaims him to be a
“natural born American citizen.”
