Our daughter, a nurse, went to Haiti 4 months before the quake. She took pictures of the people, especially the mothers with their babies dressed in their best clothes. After the earthquake, she would look at the pictures, her face turned sad, her eyes filled up, and said, “They are all probably dead now.” Heartbreaking.
Especially children who lost their parents... its breaks one’s heart disaster befell them they had nothing to do with... Nature showed its worst in Haiti... humanity showed its best. The IDF demonstrated it can do more than fight wars - it can save innocent human lives. And this is something I will never forget for the rest of my life!
