I personally think he was born in Hawaii but before they became a state and is not eligible to be POTUS

So, what date of birth do you attribute to him? Hawaii achieved statehood on 1959-08-21. So, you've got a few months to fudge around with there, but you do have to produce evidence!

And, remember, even if he was born in Hawaii before it was even a US territory, he's still eligible because his mother was a US citizen not validly married to the bigamist Kenyan sperm donor. So, even if you win your before they became a state point, you still lose!

According to the Immigration and Naturalization statutes governing at that time she may not have met the requirements to confer citizenship on him (attain 18 years of age, have lived continuously in the US since 14th birthday).

Recall all the machinations going on in Congress around 2004 and in 2008 trying to legislatively “alter” the meaning of NBC. Also the mean-nothing Senate Res. 511 in July 2008. These efforts were not being conducted for no reason.
