An observation...

After Okubo used the term “birth certificate” in her October 2008 statement. The term “birth certificate” seemed to disappear from HDOH vocabulary. It seemed to be replaced by ‘vital records’.

‘Vital records’ (Fukino) = ‘written down archives’ (Abercrombie)?

It seems those in the loop are avoiding the ‘BC’ term.

HELLOOOOO the point is even if it was a genuine birth certificate-- it's a JPEG. Meaning it could be faked on Photoshop. Jeez.
