My point is that with practice, a shooter can reload very quickly. And a really determined one can carry multiple firearms.

Someone with a 30-round magazine is most likely going to "spray and pray" anyway, and will be less lethal than someone that aims each shot.

And unless he really practices, aiming each shot will take almost the same time it takes to drop an empty magazine and load a new one.
