In an interview with Al Sharpton on MSNBCs Morning Joe, host Donny Deutsch used Martin Luther King, Jr. day to interject an opinion that Arizona no longer belongs in America. The assertion is that Arizona does not recognize MLK day and therefore should leave the Union. Sharpton, for his part and as a leader, should know that Arizona has recognized MLK day since 1992 and is the only state to pass the holiday by public vote. Aside from misrepresenting Arizonas racial history, MSNBC and Rev. Sharpton are misrepresenting Dr. Kings dream. Arizona is a state that believes in the individual, personal responsibility, and achievement by merit. Each of these are ideals that Martin Luther King, Jr. held dear. This is just another attempt by the left to smear Arizonans and a great number of Americans that are beginning to see that Arizona has gotten a few things right. Easier said than done. That'd be an awfully bloody solution.
Is MSNBC advocating violence and civil war?

It seem like a violent action to me. Gee! I thought we were all to strive for more civility.
Well...Down on the MSNBC “Animal Farm”, the Marxist commentators live in the farmer's house. Conservatives get the barn. OINK!

Yes and Texas, Oklahoma, all the South and most of the Midwest and mountain states should go with AZ. Illinois and any state north and east of Pennsylvania can stay right where they are. California and the rest of the west coast can stay put too.

Gee. Does that mean we can stop Sharpton at the border and refuse entry?
Maybe time to move home. Houses selling for good prices up in Anthem and Carefree!

How bout we throw out the Democrats and rein in the Feds instead.

Those two dimbulbs need to realize AZ is one a few states to actually vote (state-wide) for the MLK Holiday. Most states had it foisted on them by executive order.

Arizonans can multi-task. They can celebrate MLK Day even when at work or school.
Who says it has to be a free day off? That's not a celebration; it's a day off.

MLK day is a joke, it's right up there with presidents day, and flag day as the most worthless holidays which should be eliminated.

If AZ does, buy as much land as you can.
It will quadruple in value overnight.
