Kensington Strangler Suspect Caught

Fox 29 has confirmed the Philadelphia police have caught a suspect in the case of the Kensington Strangler, a serial attacker who killed three women in the past two months.

Fox 29 first reported that police would make an announcement in the case on Monday night. The announcement turned out to the naming of a suspect in the case.

The man was taken into custody about 20 minutes after a police press conference.

Police say a DNA match confirms the suspect is Antonio Rodriguez, a 21-year-old man, from Philadelphia’s Kensington section.

He is described as a black male, 5’ 9”, with a large scar from his ear to his throat.

I think the Mafia is there too. Was downtown Philadelphia on a Thanksgiving day with my crew several years ago looking for a place to eat. Saw a place that had ‘guards’ placed in front of a mom ‘n pops Italian restaurant- 2 of the biggest black guys with the biggest arms and chests I have ever seen. Wearing sunglasses on an extremely overcast day. Being a little naive, I walked up to pacing short white man who was wearing a suit with white socks and asked him where to have a holiday dinner, that it was a surprise we had the time off, being that we were a flight crew. He is the one who made the connection about mafia- I figured he knew as he is full Sicilian. My great grandfather opened up the first speakeasy in Pa back in the day.
Good recommendation on the restaurant though. We got in right away and got a good seat. Pretty good for a place that only took reservations.

Thanks. My wife and I were watching a movie last night where a news program blows the spy’s cover. I commented to my wife it was just like the real-life thing those cops in Kansas City had to go through. (That episode of 48 hours was just like a terrible movie).

In Philly, the mayor, the chief of police, and most of the likely jury pool would be black. Either way, things would not go well for you.
