Augusta GA is not the middle of no where, and the first law broken is trespass.

How do you trespass on your own property? The second article linked to mentions that Mr. Willaims was on his own property. Easements only allow utilities access to your property, it's still your property.

If there were laws broken, as you clearly assert, why wasn't he charged?

No one trespassed. The utility worker was on an easement. The firearms were set up by the landowner. I’m assuming the Feds got a warrant.

If not, them you’re right - they would have been trespassing.
