How do we know that, exactly? Besides their one sided use over Japan, it´s never happened.

I think we can win a nuclear war. And I want our enemies to think so too. Because if we´re not willing, those enemies always are. And inevitably, they will if we won´t.

Just got around to this. Unfortunately, I visited both cities in Japan that were targeted, about a month after they were vaporized. And those two devices were poor examples of what exists today.
