Lefties like to attach qualifiers before the term `conservative’ (fair or not) like “arch-” “staunch-” “ultra-” “far-rightwing-” etc.
Fair or not, we should start calling them what they really are: “socialist-” “Marxist-” “far-leftwing-,” etc.
`Liberal’ or `progressive” just ain’t cuttin’ it; Rahm should be introduced with the handle: “hardcore progressive,” which is just shorthand for full-time communist.

I think "blood thirsty" belongs in there somewhere.
Also "irrational" fits.
