Not to worry Tommie, my Daddy was born in 1880 and only went through the eighth grade in Georgia, but was better educated readin’, ‘ritin’ and ‘rithmatic than most college grads nowadays! Had very elegant ‘old school’ handwriting too...

This country needs classic, patriotic, old farts like you!

Cracker:
My friend, and I do consider you my friend, I can tell by your daddy's age that you are no "snot nosed kid". My dad was born in 1901 and passed away at the age of 76, so I have out lived him. I did enter the ninth grade but I found that I knew more than the teachers did so I quit, ran away from home, joined the MARINE CORPS at the age of 15, got turned away when they contacted my parents. Did join when I was 17 though. (Boy that was a long time ago)I have raised three kids, helped raise six grand kids, and am helping raise two greatgrandkids. Not bad for an old "FART". <
You have a wonderful day and the very best to you and yours.
