Frankly, I prefer a company/organization to be privately held. Capitalism takes many forms and going ‘public’ is only one avenue. Small companies all over America are ‘privately’ owned while others, go public. This is the magnificent system we have.

While I may still be considered a ‘noob’ on here I've been a staunch conservative since my late teens and FRee Republic fits with my overall view and personal belief system.

Jim Robinson makes no bones on where he stands regarding his belief system and frankly, I think more should be purged on here for their borderline liberal limp wrist attitudes toward the constitution. There is no longer room for people who want to compromise with evil. This site is kept fairly pure because of the purgings.

The beauty of our country is that you can go out and start your own site. Good luck to you with that. I probably will visit and check it out but my online home is FR and will continue to be.

You are going to allow people on your site and promise not to ‘purge’ them unless they break the rules so hypothetically, you will allow a marxist mole to stay and that's exactly how good things get ruined. I'm sick and tired of catering to fruitcakes out of some misplaced belief that everyone has a legitimate opinion because they don't.

Everyday we are assaulted, bombarded and generally skewered, on radio, tv, online news etc etc. FR is a refuge from that and it is because of the controls that Jim has in place.

Your site....well as the bible says, a little leaven, leaventh the whole loaf. Trolls will infest it if it has a conservative bent. So again, good luck.

Now, that’s kind of the way I look at it too. Thanks!
