Consenting adults should be free to order their living arrangements any way they please without interference from the State. Similarly, the State should not subsidize (through welfare) persistent bad choices in living arrangements. It's welfare that makes this lifestyle viable.

The State should be subsidizing almost nothing in my opinion. Especially not any form of social welfare.
As long as they can pay for their wives and their offspring I care not how many they have of either.
