IMHO, that was simply rhetoric as Giffords claimed to be a good shot with a Glock 9 mm and a strong supporter of the 2nd. amendment. She must have seen real targets and knew darned well those symbols on Sarah’s map were NOT gun targets.

On ABC they’ve already interviewed the Arizona State Mental Health doctor who clearly stated that this was merely anger rising up out of the trauma he suffered in the -as Pelosi described it - accident! So this drunk with severe mental problems works for a liberal congress woman who is shot by an insane liberal. He claims he was wounded????????? in the knee when he threw himself on the ground to play dead -looks like he’s been dead for years - and then, rather than waiting for emergency care HE GETS UP, WALKS TO HIS CAR, AND DRIVES HIMSELF - using his bad knee - YO A HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!
