It seems peculiar to me that with the security involved in protecting a President of the United States, a rally like this would be pulled off without knowledge beforehand by the Secret Service. I don’t think it was a surprise to obama.
Secret Service would have vetted every detail of this event.... I would venture to say - even t-shirts placed on seating.
