The judge in this case should just flip the bird to the plaintiffs lawyers and state case closed.

The Agent and his family should sue mexico for the turmoil this incident is causing. Mexico abets illegal acts, like illegal immigration and smuggling.

We need to find out who is behind the border and our laws not being enforced and charge them with a capitol crime.
