Even if the Republicans get dragged into this stupidity, there should be some way for the Republicans to stand out on the floor to make it obvious who is who. Sombreros? Red Santa suits? Tom Wolfe style white suits? Maybe they can all wear light gray suits instead of the usual dark gray or navy blue so that the clear majority are wearing obviously different clothing and applauding or not applauding together.
With the republicans it would need to be a dunce hat.
I don’t know. I think when the Dems are on their feet and applauding every word out of their savior’s mouth, it will be obvious who is who.
