If Preibus is aligned with the Tea Party, just how does Haley plan on doing this?
The thinking is that Preibus can have one toe in the Tea Party side & the rest of his body in the Establishment side....so as to help Haley along the way, not officially but to steer things in Haley’s way all the while saying that he is a breath of fresh air to the Tea Parties
