In addition, during the BP oil spill in the Gulf she has blamed the deaths of hundreds of sea turtles on fishermen. Keep in mind that most of the Gulf was closed to fishing at that time.

The EPA ... NOAA ... etc. ad inf, all have their own "law enforcement agents," SWAT, Choppers, Jets, tanks, etc. A lot of it is 'back-door' funded with RICO proceeds, just like your Sheriff, The DEA, etc.

There are now no end of local, state, and Federal people who can break into the wrong house, take your business, your assets, shoot your dog, and strip search your women. Rights? You doan need no steenkin' rights!

I fully expect my local Public Library to soon have a SWAT organized to collect overdue books and fines.

Here's a chart of NOAA surface measurements over Lake Michigan on 4 July 2010. Many measurements are well above the boiling point of water - including one at 604° F in the lower left corner. Man, it was hot that day.
