What the author needs to understand is that the Left is not just misogynistic - they hate everything and everyone who gets in the way of their desires, and one of their greatest desires is to be superior.

I was trying to say straight out what she does not say, that the Left is not just misogynistic, but full of racial hatred, religious bigotry, cultural bigotry, class bigotry (both against rich and poor, depending on their needs) etc., basically all the things they accuse the Right of being. The Left are made of the same stuff as the Soviets, the Nazis and every other totalitarian regime of the 20th century and beyond. They would round up people and gas them in a heartbeat if they thought they could get away with it.

Wakey, wakey, girlfriends. The Democrats had a chance, but they blew it when they refused to throw the SDS neo-Stalinists out on their ass back in the 1960's -- the Red "Progs" wound up doing their Alinsky shtick in Chicago and took over the party.
