In the Wellstonian sense.

Gibbs is full of it. WHy did Obama raise his voice at times? Lapse into campaign mode? He knew exactly what he was doing.
Watch Bush’s speech at Va Tech. He had the same tone throughout. Never raised his voice. Never courted any applause.
The two are night and day.

Gibbs said the crowd's response, at times cheering and shouting, was understandable Yes, it is understandable that a bunch of idiot liberals would cheer at a memorial service. Very understandable.

Why did they borrow a political slogan from the Obama campaign?
Why did they have it on a university campus?
Why did they invite the public?
Why did they give out tea shirts?
Why weren’t there any warm-up rock bands?

It is a MEMORIAL SERVICE!! Since when do you hand out t-shirts, preprinted at that, at a memorial service?
You are there to remember those that died, period. No respect! No respect at all!

Gibbs said the crowd's response, at times cheering and shouting, was understandable. No it wasn't. This was billed as a memorial. People don't cheer and shot when honoring the deceased.

What was billed as a memorial for victims of the Arizona shooting rampage turned into a rollicking rally, leaving some conservative commentators wondering whether President Barack Obama's speech was a scripted political event...Obama's entire approach to governing has been one big pep rally, a continuation of his election campaign short on substance and action and long on hype and grandstanding - couple that with the fact the real purpose of the rally was never clear - to memorialize the dead or to celebrate the survival of Giffords and the rest and the heroic actions of many - and it's no wonder the affair turned into a "rollicking rally".....

"...the crowd's response, at times cheering and shouting, was understandable."Yes, it was understandable because they are Democraps. Said scum has no decorum, no sense of dignity or solemnity or respect for the dead. Indeed, they want everybody dead to save the earth, abort as many babies as possible, and exterminate our older generation. So why would you respect the dead when you want everybody to be in the same state?
