I don't know, but I bet the next stimulus will be used to buy every American one of those shirts and send it along with our tax forms. The Chinese shirt makers and screen printers will be stimulated.
The info I got from linkedin on the company that made the shirts says the company was founded in 2010 and has 11 to 50 employees.
