FoxNation.com spoke to representatives at University of Arizona BookStores who revealed the vendor they used....”Youth Monument,” a Los Angeles-based company specializing in “the hottest” college brands. “I don’t feel comfortable commenting on the story,” said Nick Ventura when contacted by FoxNation.com. Ventura called himself “a partner” at Youth Movement. When asked if the University of Arizona was a regular client and if there was any contact with the White House or any political group he responded “no comment.”

Searching through CA state records, this company got its first license in California on Oct 21, 2010. I am involved with contract work for universities in Kansas. Anything over $20,000 has to be competitively bid. There are rare exceptions for emergencies, with pre-qualified contractors...but youd have to have more than a three month history to become pre-qualified.
There is an address listed (21650 OXNARD ST STE 500, WOODLAND HILLS CA 91367); but its a high end office park - Id say thats the address of their attorney. A name is listed - Robert Ezra, who I have confirmed is an attorney for Ezra Brutzkus & Gubner LLP.
I found that Ezra gave $500 in 2010 to Bob Shannon, to run for Long Beach City Attorney.

I own a screenprinting/embroidery company in AZ. NO WE DIDNT PRINT THOSE. But I know the shop that did. A friend owns it. The work was done here in Arizona. They are a contract screenprinter which means that they simply print the art supplied on the shirts supplied and have nothing to do with the use of the items. People trying to track them down are barking up the wrong tree, all you will find is a contract shop that specializes in what we call hot markets - Diamondbacks win the World Series and you want 50,000 shirts to give out at the victory parade 12 hours later, they can do it lots of big automatic presses and 24 hour production. The real rat in this story this Los Angeles company with the no comment. Who paid for these and whose idea was it? I do work for college bookstores and this is not a college bookstore kind of job. They dont have a dime to spare and coming up with $60k on two days notice is not within their power.

Even the local city busses were flashing the Together We Thrive slogan on their destination signs all day.
