How do you know it was named after his next campaign is it really?
This speech was supposed to be the defining moment in Obama’s popularity comeback. This was Obama’s Oklahoma City Bombing Moment. The slogan “Together We Thrive” makes no sense at a Memorial Service. I would think that something like “Together We Mourn” would have been more apropos, but still a little tacky. The only explanation for the t shirts is that this was the kickoff to Obama’s 2012 campaign.
