The meters will have special cooling equipment installed, as they will spin so fast charging those batteries, and for such extended periods, that the bearings on the movements and electronic components would be a fire hazard in those meters from over-heating at the KWH rates they will be drawing current.

Wait until you get your bill for the electricity it costs to charge them! (Of course, other ratepayers and taxpayers will be stealthily paying to subsidize the costly electric vehicle and technology companies who can't afford to build the vehicles OR the batteries without HUGE subsidies, but that's what OBAMA MOTORS is all about!)

Apparently Detroit is out of its financial hole, and it can afford green bs like this:
