Whats behind the infamous mugshot smirk of accused killer Jared Lee Loughner?
On Tuesday, conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh ventured a guess, suggesting that Loughner loves the limelight and the support hes received from members of the Democratic Party following Saturdays shooting spree.

Attorney (Peter?) on Fox made the point that Sheriff Dipstick is giving the assassin an insanity defense. As the LE investigator he should not be making public pronouncements.
The Sheriff is in CYA mode. Question: If he is an elected Dem official - why wasn’t he participating in the Giffords’ Meet & Greet??? Seems to me that would be a natural place for him to get some local TV exposure; which he clearly covets.
Rush is right on the money.
They blame everyone but the shooter.
He probably didn't even know who Sarah Palin was before he shot everybody, but his lawyer will coach him to cite her as the dominant influence on his actions.
Off topic, but does anyone know how to get in touch with the webmaster at freerepublic? I have sent 3 emails with a question and all three were returned with this reason:

I read earlier that he was a CAMPAIGN WORKER FOR THE DEMOCRATS ! ! ! !
Why is not every reference to him cited as such?
Every headline should scream “DEMOCRAT CAMPAIGN WORKER KILLS REPUBLICAN JUDGE”
If he wasn’t a campaign worker, then...never mind. : )
Sure, God forbid he fights back after all the accusations he’s taken from these loonies. Just sit there and take it, that worked well in the past, didn’t it. Sheeesh.
I wouldn’t go that way on “why wasn’t he there?”
However, Dupnik IS tainting the potential jury pool (according to the idiotic rules we use these days). Loughner’s attorney will shortly be able to argue that his client can’t get a “fair” trial anywhere in the USA.
I agree 100%. From what I’ve seen, this murderer is the type that would go into an obscenity-laced rant if you ever mentioned Palin, Limbaugh or Beck in his presence. Talk radio and TEA Party had absolutely no influence on this murderer’s mindset. He’s a product of the DemocRATS’ “progressive”, liberal society.
LOL...oh well excuse me Clarence the clown DIPSTICK.
Rush is right about this. Even evil has become subject to politics. Being evil now makes you only a victim in a world where blame is spread to everyone but the evil one for pure political gain.
I pray people can see through this and demand a stop to it.
We The People did not make or abet this killer.
I said “today.” Rush will mount no more effective response than Palin’s.
“The Democrats want class warfare and they will do anything to destroy their enemy even if it hurts the nation.”
I just wish that the left would treat our actual enemies as harshly as they are treating their fellow Americans.
Can you link to those articles here? Or at least point us in the right direction? It actually would not surprise me in the slightest, but I haven’t seen any articles describing this reaction at the WH and DNC.
Oh it gets better. The latest talking points for the EVILE Dummies is to throw Ronald Reagan at the wall and see if that will stop the Blowback from their unconscionable diatribes of the last 4 days.
Illustrating absurdity by being absurd.
Man, you nailed it exactly!
Count on Sheriff Dips*** being called as a witness for the Defense to establish the insanity defense.
Yup!
Guess they got what they wanted then. If Sheriff Arpiao were there sheriff, I wonder if Jared would be walking the streets today? My understanding is that AZ law says that they can force someone to have a mental evaluation. Looks to me like Dipstick dropped the ball. Like a good liberal, everyone that does evil is a victim of the right’s mind manipulation.
