CHINESE J-20 STEALTH FIGHTER IN 1ST FLIGHT

The Chinese announced today that their new stealth fighter made first flight while Def. Secretary Gates was in country. Takes off at 3:06, touch and go at 4:30 in the following video.
Take that Gates and Obama!!!
...we’re funding it.
Hell, we probably gave them the technology.
More precisely the last 4 years the democrats have funded it up the a$$.
And it didn’t even crash. Great timing on their part.
Gee, looks a lot like ours.
This begs the question: If Gates knew about it before the Chines told him...just how STEALTH IS THIS FIGHTER:)
Anyone who believes the Chinese are about, or on the verge of, build a fleet of stealth fighters is smoking crack. They can't even build a 3rd or 4th generation engine that will last for more than 24hours and the Russians gave them both the plans and hundreds of engines to copy.
The most demanding manufacturing processes in the world center on VLO aircraft. Precision in airframe, engine and coatings are beyond anything any other country can muster today.
And that doesn't even delve into the superiority of US technology in the avionics, CCC, tactics and weapons.
Come on man! I was having fun watching all the chicken littles!
Spoken like a true Obama worshiper, Gates. F-22, F-35, gays serving openly; Zer0 has a true friend in Gates.
There’s no doubt that they are a long ways from any meanigful deployment or production runs of this aircraft...but they are further along than most thought and should jot be discounted cavalierly.
They are building up rapidly, across the board, and their stuff is getting better and better.
Their new J11s are not bad aircraft, and the same holds for their J-10s.
In numbers, close in to the China Sea, they could give us problems, particularly if they get to a point where they are producing these to support them.
We’ve only build a 120 or so F-22s and the F-35 is lagging. We need to get back in high gear IMHO and punctuate our own superiority.
Check that...it’s 180 or so that we have built.
It should be nicknamed the “Slick Willie”. Since they probably got the plans for donations.

But they are such goooood friends.
It was thoughtful of the designers to include twin sidewinder targets. They double as excellent radar return sources too.
Did anyone here notice that that J20 took off without using afterburners.Damn thing must have some pretty powerfull engines.
The U.S. had better make sure we don’t get any surprises like we normally do and did during the second world war and Korean war and even the Vietnam war.
