Maricopa county is adjacent to Pima county where these murders and attempted murders occurred. If this wacko kid was just a few miles away in Maricopa, he'd be in the same place he's in now but the incident probably wouldn't have happened

Laws are already in the books, some LEOs can't read very well....or open their eyes (and ears) to the goings on in their communities.

Pima county needs a new sheriff.....tomorrow.
