I am far from being a gun control guy, but if someone is not allowed to serve in the military due to psychological issues, shouldn’t that information be filed and then appear when someone attempts to legally purchase a firearm? That ceratinly would not be protected due to your medical records being private.

Someone has probably already told you, but Jarod Nutcase wasn't rejected by the army for mental issues. He flunked a drug test.
