If Mike Huckabee decides to run for President again in 2012 he'll start out the same place in Iowa where he finished in 2008- first place. Huckabee leads there with 30% to 18% for Mitt Romney, 15% for Sarah Palin, 13% for Newt Gingrich, 6% for Ron Paul, 4% for Tim Pawlenty, 3% for John Thune, and 1% for Mitch Daniels.

Great. The two biggest statists in the race are in the lead, followed by the reality show diva.

We are so doomed.

Its a 4 way fight between Huckabee, Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, & Newt Gingrich. All the rest are just spoilers.

NO to Huck, Mitt, & Newt for me.

“Huckabee the same guy who is for open borders amnesty and big government programs.”

He was against them before he was for them and now that he has seen the polls he is against them again, well mostly against them to some degree depending on the day of the week, time of day and what group he is speaking before.

Huckster can score good in Iowa and New Hampshire RINO lands, but his campaign will end here in SC.

Our Governor and Junior US Senator (our senior Sen can go play with the pool boy) are rock-ribbed conservative Tea Party folk and without their endorsements nobody goes anywhere--here or hereafter.. This ain't 2008.

There will be NO dark horse candidate. Period. To say otherwise is pure wishful thinking.

Your GOP choices for 2012 will be Romney, Huck, Pawlenty, Daniels, Gingrich, and Palin.

Pick one, vote for Obama, or stay home. Your choice.

"Reality show diva." Really. She was just as much a governor as False Prophet Huckabee or Mitt the Gungrabber.

I don't give a crap what the polls show. I know what I and my family will do. No more calculations for "electability", no more voting for RINOs and statists. I will vote Palin no matter what.

I can assure you that the media and pollsters do not choose who wins Iowa. I take this poll seriously. I don’t like it BUT I believe it.

Let Huckabee go to the Souf and let's see how he does. He's fine in RINO land, but that's it.

This is more a comment on Iowa primary voters than anything. Way too many are single issue social conservative voters and see Huck as a preacher despite his big spending, nanny-statism, criminal coddling and amnesty promotion.
