Turton was the wife of Daniel Turton, White House Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs for the House.

usually it is the husband in these casesA guy I used to work for killed his wife, put her and a bicycle into the car, crashed the car into a tree, took out the bike, put her in the driver's seat, set the car on fire, then rode the bike home.
The cops arrested him the same night. He has been in prison ever since.
