I fully expect to see that. Obama is losing his case ( BIG TIME) in the court of public opinion.

The American people are not stupid. As publicity about Obama’s eligibility grows citizens are now more aware. They recognize that Internet images and a carefully crafted blather from Lingle and Fukino are proof of nothing.

It’s kind of a shame that no one thought to get a subpoena BEFORE Obama was sworn in as president.
The court of public opinion only expresses itself in actions at the ballot box and that won’t be until November of 2012.
Lingle and Fukino are both out of office now. The birth certificate issue in Hawaii is now in Democrat hands.
