Do you have any proof that the shooter Loughner made this page? The author should be easy to determine by Youtube logs of IP connections. If the page is fake and Loughner is not the author, that would point to involvement of a third party. Either way, this should not be covered up.

If the page is fake, I would be surprised that Giffords' staff did not have Youtube take down the page by somebody misrepresenting himself as "giffords2."
“Age 27” is pulled from the Google account used to create the Youtube account and channel.
This tells you who created the channel - it’s a 27 year old vendor, volunteer or staffer. The age comes from Google account, not the youtube account.
joe.smith@gmail.com, for example, creates the Giffords2 Youtube account. The age for the master/login account follows.
