This sheriff knows a lot more about Loughner and his problems than he’s saying. There had to be many warning signs.
Correct. The Sheriff’s department should not have granted the perp a CCW or permit to purchase a pistol. The sheriff’s negligence caused this tragedy and should be dealt with accordingly.
