I read some of Radell Smith’s articles a few days ago and IIRC she said that the cell phone had been found in the vacant disputed house, and also (again IIRC) the cab driver was quoted as saying something different... Maybe that Wheeler had contacted him in some way? I should read again.

I tried to google Does sodium pentathol cause blood shot eyes?
There was mention of it as a possibility of sodium pentathol a s the reason for Wheeler’s behavior.

NO results will come up in search for those search terms.

Did a little digging as there are too many things that don't make sense to me:

      Where did he get a change of clothes?
• If he came in on Amtrak, why didn't he use his car that the cops located in his parking spot by the station?
• How did he get up to the Hotel DuPont/Nemours area?
• Was he using accommodations in either building?
• Does Mitre Corp. have a "corporate housing unit" that he had access to in Nemours?
