Foolish people you cannot impeach a sheriff, but you can vote the pos out of office. That's a pretty broad statement. Before calling people foolish, are you certain of that? And does your statement cover AZ only or all 57 states?

Yes it covers all 57 states, LOL, you need to read upon it, you will really be surprised at the power most states have given the sheriffs.

In Orange County, CA, it took a heck of a long trial and a LOT of evidence to convict our Sheriff. Then for some reason he got to stay out of jail while his appeal was ongoing. Finally, several years later, he’s goin’ into the pokey where he deserves!
