It seems very similar to the Seung-Hui Cho case. Loughner’s drug usage is unknown but I would not be surprised to see he had falsified an answer to 11-E on Form 4473. Also, it’s clear to many people that if the honest answer to 11-F was “No,” then a lot of people came up short.

I guess the moral of the story is we’re not even sure he was legally able to buy a gun. He may have openly lied on 4473, which would be completely unsurprising.

Heard a guy say that if we hadn’t let the Wepons Ban expire, he would’ve only had a 10 round clip instead of 31. Like a guy who will kill 6 people in cold blood is worried about that clip limit.
