The biggest part of the problem here is that this nutjob is running loose in polite society.
He has a history—which is considered “Confidential” & we may never know how far back his disturbances are recorded.
He never should have been in school with other students—he just as easily could have targeted them, like Columbine or West Virginia.
Crime & mental issues in the country need to be taken care of in a stronger manner.
Those of us who are not now nor ever have been criminals are being subjected to the dangers of this kind of animal lurking anywhere we might be.
Lawyers have the country tied in knots. It is VERY difficult to have someone committed. Sheriff butthead is now speaking about gun control. How would this have turned out IF there was an armed citizen at the crime?
