There is talk about threats against Giffords. There is talk about bulls eyes and Sarah Palin's web site and that Giffords was concerned about that. If Giffords or her people knew there was a threat of any kind from anywhere this child and everyone else at the event should have been made aware of the danger too so they could have opted not to be there.
If Giffords people and the media are going to push the issue of threats against Giffords would someone please ask her (if that is possible at some point) or ask the people that work for her why on earth they did not increase security, not have the event or warn people that they were in possible danger by being around Giffords?
At the end of the day what happened was the idiot shooters fault but if Giffords had any inkling of possible danger she and her people did not manage the possible risk as they should have.

This putting Giffords or any other liberal candidate in the “crosshairs” is no different than Nancy Pelosi’s putting a target on Michele Bachamann or any of the other republican candidates she was out to defeat. It is a figure of speech on both sides and for the liberals to try, as is going on with Horaldo’s show on FOX, has got to stop. The republicans can do this if they pull up all the comments made by the liberal side against conservatives.
This whole kind of discourse has to stop because if it does not it will tear this nation apart...this whole thing is very dangerous.
Arizona is a warning order that we need to get our national house in order from boarder safety and control to the abolition of 0bamacare and Cap and Trade. We have to get back to the point where we recognize us as Americans first and embrace some form of National pride..too many in the realm of media and politics are working to destroy that.
